Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment. Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Oversee maintenance budget planning, cost control, and procurement of spare parts and services. Ensure the optimal operational reliability and availability of all production machinery and facility infrastructure. Establish and enforce adherence to safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and environmental regulations for all maintenance activities. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate closely with production management to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance scheduling. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems. Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex equipment failures and implement root cause analysis. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Bonus Qualifications Advanced proficiency in CMMS administration or implementation. Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with advanced automation, robotics, or complex PLC systems. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
