Recruiter | Allendale, MI Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity and building strong teams? The Opportunity We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Allendale that are seeking skilled Recruiters. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. By joining our network, you position yourself for opportunities aligned with your career goals. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering. Collaborate with hiring managers across production, quality, and engineering departments to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and pre-employment checks. Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit within a manufacturing environment. Advise on market trends, compensation, and competitive intelligence within the manufacturing sector. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, or skilled trades roles. Strong understanding of manufacturing environments, processes, and technical requirements. Demonstrated proficiency in various sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with common manufacturing processes and technical terminology. Experience with high-volume, hourly recruitment strategies. Fluency in Spanish or another language prevalent in the local workforce. Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Established network within local manufacturing communities or trade schools.
