Operations Manager | Mason, MI Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding opportunity in {{role_field}}? The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Mason region seeking Operations Managers. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. Implement and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction. Manage, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings. Champion workplace safety programs and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to optimize inventory levels and material flow. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field. Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage high-performing production teams.
