Maintenance Technician | Otsego, MI Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for keeping equipment running and minimizing downtime? We are collaborating with leading companies in Otsego seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians. The Opportunity We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Otsego that are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery and equipment. Execute repairs and calibrations to ensure optimal equipment functionality. Install, relocate, and commission new manufacturing equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation of all work performed. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and uptime. Recommended Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Demonstrated ability to diagnose PLC issues and interpret schematics and blueprints. Strong commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Relevant vocational training or an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field. Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC troubleshooting and minor programming. Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick). Familiarity with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix). HVAC or refrigeration certification. Experience with industrial robotics or automated systems.
