Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Proven expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED) and problem-solving tools. Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with a track record of driving data-driven improvements. Excellent project management, change management, and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or statistical software (e.g., Minitab). Experience with automation technologies, IoT, or Industry 4.0 initiatives within a manufacturing context. Advanced Lean certifications or Master Black Belt certification.
