Seeking qualified independent contractors, the remote Armenian Interpreter will perform Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI) and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) assignments, ensuring accurate and impartial communication while adhering to ethical standards. Key responsibilities Facilitate accurate communication by faithfully interpreting spoken content into Armenian without alterations Maintain impartiality and confidentiality while interpreting, adhering to the interpreter's code of ethics Continuously improve interpreting skills and provide top-tier customer service to clients and end-users Required qualifications Absolute fluency in English and Armenian Demonstrated ability to perform essential interpretation duties effectively Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence Ability to write simple correspondence Competence in presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings
