Job description
To support the Veteran and Family Member Program (VFMP) modernization efforts, the full-time Training Lead will plan, create, and deliver training to ensure workforce adoption of new processes and software, utilizing both instructor-led and web-based formats while measuring the effectiveness of learning outcomes. Key responsibilities Develop training plans and materials, including presentations and audiovisual media, to support the adoption of new systems Deliver training events for the VA workforce and analyze learning needs to create effective training modules Conduct evaluations to measure transfer of learning and maintain records of training completion and effectiveness Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in planning, creating, and delivering training via various formats Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience in developing training materials for new systems or software rollouts Ability to conduct training evaluations and measure learning outcomes Experience supporting complex projects within the federal government
