- Comfortable handling day to day wet chemistry techniques, stability samples
- Production line & facility quality control experience
- Train proficiently in GMP protocol, pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Understand compliance protocols and inventory tracking.
- A METICULOUS & EXTENSIVE ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
About the Quality Lab Technician RoleAs a Quality Lab Tech, your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for functions in the Quality Control Lab to ensure the quality assurance that products being manufactured are within the requirements set by specifications and all SOPs are followed.
- Provide backup to the Quality Manager.
- Aware of GMP protocol,
- CFR 21 knowledge,
- pharmaceutical manufacturing, compliance protocols and inventory tracking.
- responsible for retaining sample collection, testing, tracking and destruction,
- raw material, packaging and label receiving & inventory, reconciliation of product,
- release of finished goods from inventory,
- SDS updates, weekly & monthly water sampling,
- clearing of hazardous waste,
- providing Quality clearance to the Production line,
- issuance of controlled labels and some document control.
