We are looking to complete our staff with a partr-time day shift Assistant to serve the residents of our community.The Wyndmoor of Evansville, IN is a small business in Evansville, IN. We are professional, social, and fun. We are looking for an assistant to serve the residents of our community. Experience in an assisted living environment and with Residential Rules/Regulations is encouraged but not required. You will be responsible with assisting the Maintenance Director with: Basic knowledge/skills of: Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Performing preventative maintenance. Handling basic repairs and maintenance. Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary. Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them. Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
