Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

Our client is a leading vertically integrated real estate development firm based in Kentucky, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality multifamily communities across the region.
The Project Manager – Multifamily will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multifamily residential projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will act as the bridge between design, construction, development, and operations—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of multifamily development projects (garden-style, mid-rise, or mixed-use), including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and construction oversight
- Oversee general contractors, consultants, vendors, and other third parties
- Ensure all projects comply with local codes, permitting, zoning, and environmental regulations
- Identify and resolve project risks and delays proactively
- Report regularly on project progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Participate in the selection and negotiation of contracts with subcontractors and vendors
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience in multifamily residential developmentStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)Experience working for a developer, GC, or owner-builder environment preferredAbility to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneouslyExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsA proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetWhat We Offer
