We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced workplace coaching specialist (level 3) to support our system integration inspector team in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing coaching, training, and mentorship to inspectors engaged in the comprehensive inspection of mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts, assemblies, tooling, and software. This role will ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively, contributing to the overall quality assurance process.

Shift :
This site currently operates on a 24 / 7 production schedule. The selected candidate should be able to work any shift assigned, as needed, based on changing business conditions.

Summary pay range : $79,050 - $106,950 USD
Export Control Requirements :
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Relocation :
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Security Clearance :
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance for which the U.S. government requires U.S. citizenship. An interim U.S. secret clearance pre-start and final U.S. secret clearance post-start is required.
