Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, covering safety, operational procedures, quality standards, and equipment operation. Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and discussions with department supervisors. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) in developing, implementing, and managing training programs within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting training progress. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and engage diverse audiences. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Bonus Qualifications - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training programs. - Proficiency in developing and delivering e-learning modules or digital training content. - Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies. - Certification in a relevant field such as Six Sigma or Project Management. - Experience in change management initiatives related to new manufacturing processes or technologies.
