Key Responsibilities Lead and support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements. Manage APQP activities and prepare PPAP submissions for new product launches and engineering changes, ensuring customer approval. Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions using structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) for internal and external quality issues. Develop, implement, and maintain FMEAs, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams to ensure robust process control. Conduct internal audits and participate in external/customer audits to ensure ongoing compliance with IATF 16949 and customer specific requirements. Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and support supplier development activities in line with IATF requirements. Recommended Qualifications In-depth knowledge and practical application experience of IATF 16949 standard. Proficiency in core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D problem-solving. Minimum 3-5 years of quality engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive. Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Experience leading or participating in internal and external IATF 16949 audits.
