Role Overview
We’re looking for a Content Manager to bring Tezza’s vision of video to life across all channels. Reporting into the Head of Content & Marketing, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and overseeing video content that feels as authentic as it is innovative. This role balances hands‑on production with creative direction, team leadership, and strategic growth of our content ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with the founders and lead a team of UGC creators to build long‑term content series that define Tezza’s voice in culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and edit high‑quality, engaging video content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Capture, shoot, and edit TikTok / Reels‑style short‑form content that feels true to Tezza’s authentic, aspirational voice.
- Tailor content formats to platform behaviors and audience expectations, ensuring every piece feels native.
- Partner with the design and marketing teams to align content with campaign goals and brand storytelling.
- Manage the content calendar and post to our TikTok and YouTube Shorts channels.
- Concept and develop long‑term content series that deepen community connection and establish Tezza’s cultural presence.
- Collaborate with founders to translate their vision into compelling, scalable content franchises.
- Stay ahead of digital storytelling trends, experimenting with fresh formats and platform features to keep content innovative.
- Build and manage a team of UGC creators, guiding them to produce authentic, on‑brand content.
- Provide creative briefs, feedback, and inspiration to ensure quality and consistency.
- Foster a collaborative culture that amplifies diverse voices and perspectives within Tezza’s community.
- Own the full content lifecycle for video from pre‑production planning and creative direction to post‑production execution.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across internal teams and external collaborators.
- Maintain an efficient content calendar that balances evergreen storytelling with campaign‑driven activations.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to understand what resonates and why.
- Present insights to the Marketing Team, shaping future strategy with data‑driven recommendations.
- Test and iterate content formats (A / B testing, posting cadence, captioning, etc.) to optimize reach and engagement.
