Job description
Seeking a strategic fundraising leader, the full-time remote Director of Philanthropy will develop and execute an integrated fundraising strategy, manage high-value donor relationships, and lead proposal development to advance funding for feminist movements and sexual and reproductive health worldwide. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement an integrated philanthropy strategy for institutional funders, family foundations, and major individual donors Manage a portfolio of high-capacity philanthropic relationships and create tailored engagement plans Lead the development of proposals and donor communications for transformational funding opportunities Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in non-profit management, public health, gender studies, or a related field; master's degree preferred 8-10 years of experience in fundraising, securing six- and seven-figure gifts from various donor sources Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong skills in crafting compelling cases for support Demonstrated success in developing sophisticated fundraising strategies and managing high-level donor relationships Commitment to anti-racism, equity, inclusion, and social justice, with experience in diverse and international settings
