Principal Product Manager

We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to define the future of our enterprise customer education segment, helping Absorb's enterprise clients train and enable their customers at scale.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role that blends strategy, creativity, and analytical rigor. You'll uncover new opportunities, validate ideas through data and prototypes, and partner with cross-functional leaders to turn promising concepts into outcomes that move the business forward. You'll thrive if you're part strategist, part innovator, and part storyteller - comfortable connecting dots across data, customer insight, and emerging technology (especially AI) to craft bold yet pragmatic bets that shape Absorb's future.

What You'll Do

• Own and evangelize the segment strategy : Build a deep understanding of the customer education market, customer needs, and where we can create meaningful differentiation.
• Uncover and size opportunities : Use data, research, and customer insight to identify where to play and how to win.
• Validate early ideas : Partner closely with design and engineering to prototype, test, and refine new concepts - fast.
• Build alignment and conviction : Create clear, data-backed business cases that bring senior leaders and teams along.
• Guide teams toward impact : Stay involved as ideas move into execution - clarifying outcomes, connecting dots, and ensuring what we build delivers on the intent. Represent and communicate progress towards key goals and metrics.
• Lead through influence : Provide dotted-line leadership to PMs across the segment - offering strategic guidance, coaching, and input into their performance to ensure alignment and impact.
• Bring an AI lens : Explore how new technologies can help customers learn more effectively and scale education across enterprises.
• Partner and Educate : Act as a thought leader and advocate for customer education within the organization.
