At High Steel Structures, we don't just fabricate steel, we forge the backbone of America's infrastructure. We are currently hiring for a 3rd-shift Outdoor Industrial Skilled Laborer, in Lancaster, PA. Third-shift coworkers receive a 25% shift differential, and work 4 nights per week, Mon-Thurs, 8:30pm - 7:00am.
Will perform all required duties to pre-punch or pre-drilled holes at splice section of steel bridge girders. Will match mark plates, as necessary. Will walk with and guide the MI Jack; chain products to trucks; set blocking for loading and storing products. Will assist with onside iron work duties. Will be responsible to use electric drills to drill holes where needed.
