Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience in automotive finance, including 2+ years in a leadership or director-level role. Strong knowledge of F&I products, compliance, and industry best practices. Proven track record of achieving sales and finance goals. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset. Must be at least 18 years of age Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances Authorized to work in the United States

Groove Subaru is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Finance Director to lead our Finance & Insurance (F&I) department. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and is passionate about maximizing profitability while delivering top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all dealership finance operations.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of Finance Managers to meet performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders.
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Monitor department performance and implement strategies to increase F&I product penetration and profit per vehicle retailed (PVR).
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the customer buying experience.
