Job descriptionAssure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs, etc.) Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident's condition and / or needs Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner At least 18 years of age CBRF certifications preferred Strong prioritization and organization skill
Evergreen is now seeking a compassionate, skilled caregiver to join our team in Assisted Living for our Memory Care residents at Sharehaven, full-time!
AM shift : 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm, 8 shifts per 2-week pay period. Every other weekend and holiday required.
- Medication Administration is required for this opening
- Pick-up pay extra $4 / hr
- Competitive wages based on experience. Starting pay is $15.13-16.00 per hour, PLUS $1 per hour for medication passing.
- Flu shots are required for all staff annually, October through March.
