Location : Valley VNA 1535 Lyon Drive, Neenah, WI 54956

Position Type : Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

Shift Options :

Full-Time : 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM or 6 : 00pm - 6 : 00am
Full-Time : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM or 2 : 00pm - 10 : 00pm
Part-Time : 6 : 00 AM - 9 : 00 AM or 6 : 00pm - 9 : 00pm

Pay Range : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities :

Assist residents with daily living activities, including hands on personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.

Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Collaborate with medical staff and family members to ensure the best care for each resident.

Document resident care and report any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.

Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Must be able to pass a background check.
