Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Rehabilitation | Sierra Vista, AZ Are you a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) looking to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives? Join our leading outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Sierra Vista, Arizona , where we specialize in helping patients regain independence, restore mobility, and improve their ability to perform daily living activities. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits Supportive, team-oriented rehabilitation environment Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education in occupational therapy State-of-the-art clinic with a focus on outpatient OT services Key Responsibilities – Outpatient Occupational Therapist (OT): Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in an outpatient rehab setting Design and implement individualized treatment plans to improve function, independence, and quality of life Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation team members to ensure coordinated patient care Provide education and guidance to patients and families regarding therapy goals, home exercises, and recovery progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Arizona Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient therapy, rehabilitation, or acute care settings Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care Who Should Apply?
