Training And Development Specialist (Management Analyst I)

DT Professional Services is seeking a Training And Development Specialist (Management Analyst I) to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. This role will provide support/assume responsibilities for Office Of Workforce Development programs such as the command's competency training program and workforce development internal and external programming.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research for programs and opportunities available to the workforce for further development training opportunities for the general workforce.
• Assist with various aspects of training classes such as opening classes and other associated tasks in support of the competencies and Command Interest Program Managers.
• Provide Waypoints training and information to the workforce.
• Develop and maintain various metrics.
• Create documents such as SOPs and Statements Of Work.
• Other duties assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, SharePoint Online, Power Point, and Adobe PDF.
• Experience within a customer service and professional office setting.
• Proactive, highly organized, and consistently punctual, with a strong track record of producing high-quality work within established timelines.
• Takes initiative and collaborates effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
• Previous experience within training and development.
• Experience with U.S. Navy systems and platforms, such as Flank Speed and Navy Waypoints.

The compensation range for this position: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00
