Radiation Therapist – Las Cruces, NM | Full-Time | Oncology | Advanced Radiation Therapy Are you a dedicated and licensed Radiation Therapist seeking an exciting opportunity to advance your career in a collaborative and patient-focused environment? Work with a supportive and experienced multidisciplinary oncology team Access to state-of-the-art radiation therapy equipment and technology Opportunities for professional growth, continuing education, and certification support Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates Key Responsibilities: Administer radiation therapy treatments accurately according to prescribed plans Operate linear accelerators and other radiation therapy equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and oncology nurses to develop and deliver patient treatment plans Monitor patient progress, document treatment details, and report any changes in patient condition Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, radiation regulations, and quality standards Educate patients and families about treatment procedures, potential side effects, and self-care Required Qualifications: Associate degree in Radiation Therapy or related field ARRT registry or registry-eligible in radiation therapy (T) Active New Mexico Radiation Therapist license (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Willingness to relocate to Las Cruces, NM Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and patient-centered care skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment Preferred Skills: Experience with advanced radiation therapy techniques, including IMRT, SBRT, and VMAT Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence If you are a compassionate, detail-oriented, and licensed Radiation Therapist ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of oncology patients, we want you on our team!
