Job Title
This position reports to the Squad Leader and involves indirect supervision, lateral leadership, and oversight with the Restoration Project Manager on projects. It is evaluated by the Squad Leader, President, and Peers.
Basic functions include supporting overall marketing by building relationships with adjusters, property managers, and other direct referral sources. The role also involves supervising and responding to restoration and reconstruction work related to fire damage, water damage, mold, or other unexpected catastrophes. Additionally, it includes estimating job scope, signing contracts, securing agreed prices, working with adjusters to settle fair amounts for clients, collaborating with Project Managers to ensure quality jobs on budget, overseeing accounts receivable and collections, supporting trades team recruiting, productivity, retention, and development.
Overall duties encompass calling on adjusters, property managers, and direct referral sources to support marketing, receiving loss assignments, working with mitigation staff, preparing and estimating accurate scopes, achieving a high closing ratio, coordinating and supervising customer service, providing input to management, communicating competitive activity, securing approved scope and price with insurers, delivering necessary paperwork, facilitating coordination with mortgage companies, interfacing with job supervisors, supporting customer service for QA/warranty work, and professionally representing the company's principles.
Basic requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus, key skills such as being highly organized, able to multi-task and prioritize, a high level communicator, proficient in Microsoft office, basic competency in Photoshop or equivalent, high social media aptitude, dependable transportation, a cell phone, and professional dress.
The role is evaluated on performance versus goals, skill development, quality of business performance, customer satisfaction, and customer and personnel complaint resolution.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
