What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional massage services customized to each guest's needs.
• Deliver a luxury spa experience with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
• Educate guests on treatment recommendations and home care.
• Recommend retail products that support guests' wellness goals.
• Maintain treatment rooms and uphold the highest sanitation standards.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to create memorable guest experiences.

Compensation:

Typical earnings: $35.00-$65.00 per hour, including base pay, gratuities, commissions, and incentives.

Qualifications:

• Current Texas Massage Therapist License
• Passion for wellness and guest care
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to recommend products and educate guests
• Team-oriented with a commitment to excellence
• Weekend and evening availability as scheduled
