Schedule aircrew and aircraft resources to specific flights, creating a schedule that adheres to all safety regulations, FAR's, allows for the best possible owner experience and minimizes cost to the company. Works closely with other departments in the to achieve its goals.
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent from a 4-year college; 1-3 years of related experience preferably in an aviation/logistics environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of FARs in regard to Part 91, 121, or 135 airline operations is preferred. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the aptitude to learn customized company software programs.
Candidate should work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business. Must be detail oriented and able to work productively, independently, or within a team. Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills are required. Successful candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism while multi-tasking various real time situations in a fast-paced environment. Our operation is 365/24/7 and candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as schedule dictates.
