Financial Services Consultant
Primary responsibilities of the 10X Finance Services Consultant will include offering strategic advice on the financial forecast you develop which will address the expenditure allocation across various facets of business operations, including Gross Margins, Marketing, Personnel, and Owner Draws. Drawing on your expertise, you will collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored financial plans that align with their short-term objectives and long-term aspirations.
Through diligent analysis and assessment, you will identify areas for optimization, provide actionable recommendations, and facilitate informed decision-making processes to ensure financial objectives are met effectively.

Serving as a pivotal catalyst in 10X Financial Services, driving and motivating transformative change in our clients' behaviors
Drive plans for major financial strategies, spending, system management, financial processes/controls for clients
Work on optimizing and analyzing income statements, balance sheets, budgets, forecasts, and charts of accounts for clients
Manage the quarterly/annual budgeting, revenue forecasting, and financial review process comparing actual to budget performance for assigned Cardone Ventures clients
Prepare presentations outlining industry best practices for businesses and then tailor future calls to bridge the gaps they are facing
Proactively advise on industry standards for managing expenses, people costs, marketing spend and owner draws
Work with each client to develop their Corporate, Department, and Employee KPIs
Advise each client on compensation plan best practices and collaborate to develop the proper model for each of their roles
Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, activity reports, and financial forecasts for clients
Collaborate with clients to set short- and long-term financial goals
Create and deliver financial details and summaries to Cardone Ventures' Leadership Team and clients
Keep accurate recaps of each call and a detailed history of client progression from contract inception
Demonstration of an understanding of all aspects of a client's business from a financial standpoint and how it connects to the financial strategy and current financial standing of the business
Ability to analyze a client's revenue streams, gross margin rates and profitability by product in an effort to devise forward-looking strategies and areas of opportunity
Can help make decisions for the client based on their margin rates, labor rates, cash position and financial obligations
Understanding of month-end closing cycle and can walk a client through the checklist
Ability to develop complex financial models, budgets, and financial reporting packages
Ability to analyze financial data and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows) to devise the financial strategy of the business and where the resources and personnel time should be deployed
Ability to understand the client's budget and roles within their team to develop individual incentive based off of performance metrics and KPIs
Ability to make financial recommendations that will move the client's business, grow their revenue and enhance their profitability
Understanding of cash to accrual concepts, the benefits of each, and the impact on moving from one to the other
Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions and formulas to increase efficiency and the ability to analyze data within the business
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related area of study, or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years' work experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a consulting capacity
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
