ProSidian seeks a Change Management & Training Specialist | Organizational Change & Digital Adoption Support for program support on a contract basis located CONUS - Pasco County across the South East Region supporting Pasco County in enhancing performance, resilience, and sustainability of its water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems through comprehensive engineering, planning, environmental, and digital transformation services.

Desired qualifications for Change Management & Training Specialist | Organizational Change & Digital Adoption Support candidates:

• Bachelor's in Organizational Development, Communications, or Business Administration; PROSCI or similar certification preferred.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications:

• 37 years in change management, training, or organizational development roles.

Skills required:

• Instructional design, training delivery, stakeholder communication, Microsoft 365, change impact assessments.

Competencies required:

• Empathy, teaching, adaptability, communication strategy.

Ancillary details of the roles:

• Develop learning modules and e-learning tools for enterprise platforms.
• Track adoption metrics and identify improvement areas through feedback analysis.

• Essential for ensuring successful transition to digital tools and performance systems.

• Leadership the ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives

Other requirements:

• Business Tools understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio, and the ability to quickly learn other tools, as necessary.
