Accretive Enrollment Services has an exciting opportunity for a Employee Benefits Counselor.

The Employee Benefits Counselor provides personalized enrollment assistance to employees through the benefits enrollment call center or in a face-to face environment. This role is responsible for explaining the benefits that are available to the employees and assist them with the enrollment process. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a subject matter expert with employee benefits and the enrollment process. The candidate must have excellent attention to details and organizational skills to manage the ongoing enrollments throughout the year.

Minimum of 1 year of enrollment experience preferred. Call Center experience (preferred but not required). High School Diploma required. Strong communication skills to deliver the benefits message set out by each employer group to educate and guide employees through their benefits package. Texas Life and Health license is required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Professional interpersonal skills. Attention to Detail.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
