We are actively looking to add a Senior Associate to our Corporate Development team. As the Senior Associate you will support Watsco's merger and acquisition (M&A) growth initiatives. The Senior Associate will work closely with the company's VP of Corporate Development various functional teams, as well as our subsidiaries' leaders to identify, target and foster acquisition opportunities by proactively calling on business and owners and other industry leaders. The Senior Associate will also lead the analytical and due diligence evaluation of acquisition targets, identifying growth opportunities and key risks, providing input on transaction structuring, legal considerations, and more. In addition, the Senior Associate will also support the VP of Corporate Development and others with reporting and analytics surrounding key internal initiatives.
