As a Transaction Services Senior you will lead financial due diligence (FDD) and M&A advisory engagements. As a key player in our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team, you will work closely with private equity firms, corporate clients, and investment banks to provide data-driven insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Supervisory responsibilities: None
Work environment: Work is conducted in a professional office environment with minimal distractions
Physical demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and performing work in front of a computer screen for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
Travel required: Travel may be frequent and unpredictable, depending on client's needs
Required education and experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or Finance with strong academic performance. 2 3 years of audit / corporate finance / transaction advisory service experience
Preferred education and experience: Certified Public Accountant ("CPA") designation preferred

This range considers many factors, including but not limited to a candidate's knowledge, job specific skills, experience, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $93,000 to $130,000.
