Texas Capital's Consumer and Digital Banking Product Strategy team drives the vision, growth, and competitive positioning of our consumer, digital, and private banking products. This role is responsible for translating our Consumer Banking Product Strategy into operational and systems reality. You will own the systems configurations and processes that enable the successful delivery of our product initiatives from promotional mechanics and incentive program structures to system configurations that support scalability and compliance. This role also will drive continuous improvement in processes and identify system enhancements needed to support new products and initiatives.
You will be expected to work closely with strategy, technology, risk, and audit teams ensuring our operational capabilities align with product objectives and support efficient, compliant execution at scale. This role sits at the intersection of product, strategy, and execution, with a strong sense of operational rigor that enables product teams to execute with confidence.
