Fairview is hiring a Nursing Station Technician for the Cardiac/Respiratory Intermediate Care Unit at our M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center East Bank location in Minneapolis, MN.
About This Position:
The Cardiac/Respiratory IMC is a dynamic and fast-paced, 22 bed unit. As a Nursing Station Technician, you will join our interdisciplinary team in delivering care to patients 18 years and older with moderate to severe physiologic instability and a wide range of diagnoses.
The Nursing Station Technician is a hybrid position consisting of both Nursing Assistant and Health Unit Coordinator roles to deliver direct patient care and administrative duties.
In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of a professional nurse to demonstrate excellent customer service, teamwork and communication skills with patients, families, and the healthcare team on a fasted paced unit. Other job duties include:
