Job Description
Responsible for scheduling and dispatching jobs or issues, no matter how often they change, receive work order by telephone and computer. Also enter schedules and log work orders. Communicate via 2-way radio and telephone with all maintenance and operations personnel. Also maintain daily log of events.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Proficiency in writing and oral English
- Ability to use basic computer programs, reading, and telephones
- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work alone and be self motivated
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Able to communicate clearly and calmly in high alert situations
- Adjust to instance chances, issues, or alerts, as they happen
- Clear and precise log keeping skills
- Able to follow up and adhere to all company policies, building, and safety laws
- Maintain all records neatly and in order
- Utilize problem solving skills and understand when to contact supervisors for assistance
Qualifications
- Good organizational, analytical/decision making skills

- Ability to work on assigned projects with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to details
- Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to communicate clearly and pay attention to detail. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
