Seven Oaks Search is representing a rapidly expanding, family-run 3PL/freight brokerage seeking an experienced cradle-to-grave Freight Broker to join their team. This role is 100% remote and is ideal for a broker who is already successful in a similar position, is ready to make an immediate impact, and is looking to increase their earnings without the constraints of a corporate environment.
The Freight Broker will manage the full brokerage lifecycle: prospecting new shippers, quoting freight, sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, booking loads, and tracking shipments through final delivery. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role where success is entirely performance-driven.
The client offers top-tier systems, including Aljex, 3PL Systems/TMS, DAT 360, Macropoint, Sylectus and additional load boards - giving the broker a strong operational foundation to execute at a high level.
