Recruiters are the primary contact for clinicians and play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top nursing talent into travel assignments nationwide. This role manages the full recruitment cycle and maintains strong relationships with clinicians throughout their assignments.

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. Sales-driven mindset with a passion for competition and achieving goals. Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems. Candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement or fully onsite, MondayFriday, in our Maitland, Florida office, based on managerial discretion.
