Martin Luther Care Center is seeking a Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA/NAR) to support our residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility (Transitional Care and Long Term Care)! This role provides hands on care and support services for our senior age patients at our spacious care center in Bloomington, MN.

Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus is located in East Bloomington, MN near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Managed by Ebenezer, we offer 137 units between our Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Transitional Care. We have an outstanding team of tenured staff. The only thing missing is YOU! Required:
Active as Nursing Assistant, Registered (NAR) on the MDH Nursing Assistant Registry by start date OR- Individual who is hired into Ebenezer's Nursing Assistant Course or Ebenezer's Pre-CNA job for Nursing Assistants; will be granted a 4-month post hire to become active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
Preferred:
Ability to work with a diverse and geriatric population Communicate efficiently, with compassion and understanding for residents and coworkers Experience working as a HHA, PCA, DSP, NA, Resident Assistant Work experience in a customer service setting
