Based in Torrance, CA, this company thrives in a high-mix, precision manufacturing environment and partners with top-tier clients across regulated industries.
This onsite role will be the primary HR contact for production and operations teams, delivering full-spectrum HR support including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with California labor laws. The HR Generalist will work closely with plant leadership and corporate stakeholders to foster a compliant, high-performance, and engaged workforce.
