Upon successful completion of competency assessments, the Medical Assistant may perform clinical procedures including EKGs, phlebotomy, injections, vaccinations, and point-of-care testing.

Certified Medical Assistants and licensed LPNs/RNs seeking a clinical support role in an outpatient setting are encouraged to apply. Candidates with current Medical Assistant certification through AAMA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, or AAMP, or graduates of an accredited LPN or RN program with current unrestricted licensure, are strongly preferred.
