On behalf of CNS Cares ("CNS" or "Company"), this position is responsible for assisting the assigned client(s) with Daily Living Activities including but not limited to: Ambulation, exercise, personal care, homemaker services, dietary needs and other daily life activities. In addition, this position will report changes in the client's condition and needs and complete appropriate records.
Essential Functions
Team members must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service, and conduct themselves with the highest ethical standards. Other assigned duties include:

Language Skills: Must be able to read, understand general business practices, policies and procedures. Must be able to write with clarity. Must be able to effectively communicate information and respond to questions clients, customers, and co-workers. Must be able to communicate accurately and clearly with Company staff and team members.
Decision Making: Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; and communicate these with supervisors.
Requirements
Scheduling is based on patient needs, which may fluctuate and could include weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
All direct care providers must possess a valid and current driver's license and independent and reliable transportation to patient homes to ensure patient privacy.
