The accountant is responsible for performing general accounting functions including accounts receivables, general ledger journal functions, budget functions, account reconciliations, and processing of financial reports. Assists Contracts Department, with budget analysis of contracted provider agencies and reviews quarterly actual expenditures versus budget; and performs fiscal monitoring of providers.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in accounting and three years of accounting experience; or a combination of specialized training and experience. Contracts and non-profit experience preferred
Licensure/Certifications: Ability to successfully clear a Level II background screening
Valid Florida driver's license and insurable by the agency's current insurance carrier
