Are you ready to take your accounting career to the next level? We are seeking a proactive and collaborative individual to join our finance team in Farmington, CT. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling a variety of tasks with precision and enthusiasm.
As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in meeting departmental deadlines, including month-end closing schedules, informational requests, surveys, timely account reconciliations, internal/external reporting, capitalizing assets, documentation, and other tasks as assigned. You will also play a crucial role in preparing supporting documents for the annual audited statements and monthly financial statements, along with variance analysis of budget to actual results. Your findings will be presented to management at the monthly variance meetings.
We value flexibility, organization, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity in this role. Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. You will have the opportunity to work with various levels of staff within our organization, providing a well-rounded experience and professional growth.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
