Job description

Jovie Childcare of Denver, Boulder + Fort Collins is hiring enthusiastic, reliable, and caring nannies and babysitters to support families across the metro area.

We serve families in:

  • Denver, Englewood, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Aurora, Parker, Lone Tree, Greenwood Village, Boulder, Broomfield, Fort Collins , and surrounding areas.

Flexible Scheduling Choose part‑time or full‑time Most shifts are Monday-Friday between 7:

  • 00am-7:00pm (Must have 1-2 days of this availability) Weekday shifts, evenings, weekends, and special‑event care Set your own availability through our mobile app Competitive, Legal Pay $18–$20/hour depending on experience and availability Paid bi‑weekly W-2 employer Benefits & Perks Paid sick time Paid training and onboarding Performance‑based raises IRA eligibility Paid holidays (when applicable) Supportive management team Safe, pre‑screened families What You’ll Do Provide safe, engaging care for children (infants through elementary age) Plan fun, age‑appropriate activities Support daily routines: meals, naps, playtime, learning Communicate clearly with parents Leave homes tidy and organized Represent Jovie’s core values: Can‑Do Attitude, Results Matter, Leave It Better Who Thrives in This Role We’re looking for nannies and sitters who are: Positive, dependable, and energetic Experienced with children (babysitting, nannying, daycare, camps, church nursery, etc.) Comfortable working with different families Passionate about making a difference in children’s lives Requirements 18+ years old High school diploma or GED 2+ years of childcare experience Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain Ability to work within a 15‑mile radius Must live in the Denver‑metro, Boulder‑metro, or Fort Collins area Availability 1-2 days Monday-Friday between 7:00am-7:00pm About Jovie This office is woman‑owned, woman‑operated, and woman‑led 25+ years of childcare industry experience Voted Glassdoor Best Places to Work Management team made up of former nannies and childcare professionals Hundreds of vetted Colorado families ready to work with you Apply Today If you have a heart for children and want a flexible, rewarding job that grows with you, we’d love to meet you.
