Plan, lead and coordinate all areas of Bindery production to exceed internal and external customer expectations in safety, quality, productivity, schedules, housekeeping and employee relations. Responsibilities:
Must have the ability and willingness to work multiple shifts, including nights. Bachelor's degree in applicable field is preferred with 10 or more years of experience in a bindery department. Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role required.
The national pay range for this role is $60,700 to $93,500 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
