Duties include, but are not limited to, revenue recognition, maintaining third-party contractual compliance and ad hoc financial projects. This position reports directly to the Associate Director of Digital Finance./ppstrongThis specifically covers the following three areas:/strong/pulliProcessing third party account transaction files into systems/liliReview reported data for accuracy and completeness/liliReview of data load into the sales system, creating corresponding journal entries to record revenue/liliReview and reconciliation of the data created from digital sales processor with downstream systems/liliResolution of transaction file issues with third party accounts/liliMaintain third party reporting and payment status report/liliNew partner onboarding/liliReview and clearance of suspense transactions resulting from inaccurate data submissions from third party digital accounts/liliManagement and label reporting of digital revenue/li/ulpstrongOther key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:/strong/pulliReview third-party contracts for compliance and entry into contract database/liliCommunication with third-party companies regarding all issues of compliance/liliSupport audit requests, forecasting and planning/liliSupport user testing/liliSpecial projects and analysis as required/li/ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/pulliAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines/liliExcellent time management and organizational skills/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills/liliAbility to interact comfortably and effectively with employees at all levels of our company/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliIntermediate Excel proficiency, including use of pivot tables and worksheet functions/liliBachelors degree with a major in Finance or Accounting required/liliMinimum of 2 years experience in related field required/liliSAP experience a plus/liliEntertainment industry experience a plus/li/ul/div
