  • Change Impact Assessment: Assist project teams in conducting impact assessments for proposed changes to baseline schedules.
  • Dispute Resolution Support: Provide support for forensic schedule analysis to assist in contract claims or dispute resolution.
  • Lessons Learned: Contribute to the capture of project as-built schedule data and lessons learned for future projects.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in planning and scheduling within heavy industrial, energy infrastructure, or EPC environments.
  • Experience on Nuclear projects is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in the use of Primavera P6 for schedule development, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and contractors.
  • Ability to interpret complex project scopes, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Benefits:

  • 401k with company match
  • Medical, dental, vision plans
  • Generous vacation policy, plus holidays
  • Annual company retreats
