This position is an on-site role based in our North Canton, Ohio office. Relocation will be considered. As a Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with new and existing drivers and Owner-Operators. This position partners with terminal managers to ensure an expedited and smooth process to fill open positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience working in settings where customer service outcomes are clearly defined.
