As compliance experts, we understand the entire life cycle of a campaign and the elasticity of committee operations as it scales up leading up to an election.
  • Be a collaborative and thoughtful team player: From Partner to Intern, we are united in our approach. Everyone's voice is valued. We share the same systems and work together. This role is responsible for all aspects of campaign compliance, including client onboarding, financial reconciliation, filing disclosure reports, and handling complex client requests. This is a senior role that offers long-term stability and the opportunity for continued growth within the company, allowing ideal candidates to thrive in the position. The stability of this role can lead to taking on a lasting leadership role or further advancement as opportunities arise.

  • Ensure all aspects of campaign compliance are properly managed, including contributing to and maintaining accurate records.
  • File all required disclosure reports (FEC, PDC, state filings, etc.) with precision and timeliness.
  • Assist with the preparation of draft reports and ensure that client campaigns are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Confident and experienced campaign finance professional: The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of campaign finance regulations and has worked extensively with tools like NGP, QuickBooks, and various filing software (e.g., FECFile, state-specific software like ORCA or CFRemote). The ideal candidate also is proficient with other tools such as Excel, Google Drive, and Airtable. This candidate can understand and apply functions in these tools to ensure compliance and efficient reporting. Advanced proficiency in these systems is a requirement for this role.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of campaign finance regulations across various jurisdictions and committees. The Ideal candidate is able to respond to complex compliance issues and offer expert guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Strong communication skills are required. The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating directly with clients, providing them with updates, and addressing concerns about compliance issues and reports.
