This is a benefited, full-time position generally working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Shift times may vary as needed. The occasional Saturday may be required, as well as evening hours. Located at Scripps Clinic Carmel Valley. This is a dual role working both front and back office duties (i.e. clinical and clerical tasks).

What you'll do: This is a dual role with both clinical and administrative aspects:
Required Qualifications: Completion of a formal Medical Assistant Program OR hold a Medical Assistant Certification OR have a minimum of two years of experience as a military corpsman BLS certification for the Healthcare Provider by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experience working as Medical Assistant Primary care experience Family medicine experience New grads welcome to apply!
