Position Overview
Aspetto, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations at our headquarters.
This role is critical to maintaining an organized, efficient office environment and ensuring seamless coordination across departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced government contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
· Provide administrative support across internal teams
· Maintain office supplies and overall office organization
· Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal activities
· Support customer order processing and maintain accurate documentation
· Assist with filing, data entry, and document management
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
· Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset

· Familiarity with shipping systems and basic inventory tracking
